ABOUT ME
My journey with ADHD began after my son was diagnosed. The more I researched & studied, the more passionate I became about understanding ADHD & all that goes with it. I received my own ADHD diagnosis in adulthood & it made everything make sense. I truly believe that having ADHD is a huge strength that can also come with challenges, the more we know & understand the more empowered we can feel. I aim to provide a safe space where we can explore how your ADHD is impacting your life & begin to build strategies so you can lead the life you want.
I have a certificate from Kings College in ‘ADHD: Current research & practice’.
I am an ADDCA-trained (ADHD Coach Academy) ADHD coach. I am certified & working towards accreditation. While going through this process my work will be overseen by my mentor coach who has many years experience.
I’d love to help you find the strengths within your ADHD. Together we can discover how your brain works & what your brain needs to unlock your potential.
